The job
As a chef (m/f/d) you will learn how to prepare food for very different groups of people. At our company service you will cook, among other things, in company canteens in hospitals, elderly care facilities, kindergartens and schools.
This is what you will learn in your training
- Prepare and serve different dishes according to a set recipe
- Know the properties of different foods and observe product-friendly technologies when processing them
- Participate in the creation of menus and order the necessary goods
- Store different foods according to their nature and check stocks regularly
- Plan work processes according to economic aspects and take established hygiene and quality standards into account
