The tasks
An exciting, demanding and, above all, varied training is waiting for you! Specialists in restaurant and event catering are the Service & Event specialists!
You get to know the different departments in the house and go through areas such as: Restaurant | Banquet & Events | bar | Kitchen | Stock | Purchasing and administrative departments such as event sales or sales You communicate personally and individually with guests and always have their well-being in mind - whether with a drink at the bar, a nice dinner in the restaurant, a wedding reception or a conference. You form the bridge between kitchen and service. You complement the practically acquired knowledge with the content from vocational school. After your training, you will have an overview of the entire catering sector and will be ready to work anywhere.

- Completed school education
- First practical experience in a restaurant or the hotel industry, e.g. through internships
