During your three-year training you will go through all relevant areas in hotel and catering, and you will also gain insights into the areas Revenue & Marketing and Food & Beverage. You will also take part in an impressive study trip to the winemaker in the vineyards, and you will be allowed to try out the hotel director or head chef at the trainee day and get the opportunity to further your education through the diverse training courses in our own Academy.
