This is how your day will look like with us
As a trainee at Our company, you will think outside the box right from the start.
In your training you will learn...
• complete gastronomy know-how : from the hot and cold kitchen to ordering goods to restaurant management
• what makes our restaurant, our bistro and our Swedish shop so successful
• what the Quality control, compliance with hygiene guidelines and the storage and processing of food is important
• structuring the work involved and how a large team is managed
• how goals are solution-oriented , well organized and cost-conscious
• Organize extraordinary events, such as a coffee workshop or a customer breakfast in the bed department
About this workspace
System catering at our company– it has spice, but salt and pepper don't play the main role. During your training you will learn the basics of all areas of Our company Food. From the preparation of our typical dishes to the presentation of goods in the bistro and in the Swedish shop.
