Course and content of the training
The three-year training to become a specialist in system catering (m/f/d) takes place in one of our coffee shops. We are currently training in Hamburg, Berlin, Hanover and Bremen.
You go an additional 12 weeks a year, in the form of block & Regular lessons, in a vocational school.
In addition to your training in the shop, there are quarterly trainee workshops in Hamburg. So that you always stay in touch and exchange ideas with your trainees.
Your tasks will, for example, include:
- the competent and charming advice of our guests.
- Ordering goods and supporting inventory.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene rules.
- Preparation of our coffee specialties & Snacks.
- Participation in marketing measures.
