The tasks
An exciting, demanding and, above all, varied training is waiting for you! Chefs are the gourmet experts and all-rounders in the kitchen. Preparing meals and menus is your core task. To do this, you go through the different items in a kitchen. But you will also learn about warehousing, flow of goods, calculations and economic thinking, as well as current nutritional trends, health and consumer protection. You always keep an eye on quality and guest wishes and work collegially with the service team. You complement the practically acquired knowledge with the content from vocational school. After your training, you will have an overview of the entire kitchen area and can work in each position and take on responsibility.
