- Introductory days with a trial overnight stay in the hotel

3rd year of training

- Trainee projects such as organizing an internal event
- Individual adjustment of the training plan if you already know which department you would like to work in after training
What we expect from you:

- at least a good secondary school diploma, but also a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
- the “host gene”: you are passionate and committed – both in dealing with guests and in the team
- Good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German (at least C1/C2)
What you can look forward to:
Varied training: Since we do not belong to a hotel chain and organize and take responsibility for everything in-house, we have more departments than chain hotels. This gives you the opportunity to get to know up to 20 departments and go through them, including reception, accounting, reservations, spa, floristry, banquet, house of gin Bar and much more.

- 3 years training period – possible to shorten to 2 or 2.5 years
- Block school lessons – 1 week per month
- Provision of uniforms for hotel managers and hotel managers
